Safe Harbour Equity, Inc. was founded in 2009 as a response to and a solution for the chaos in the rapidly evolving distressed commercial real estate markets. We form a fiduciary relationship with our clients.

Peter Ingersoll
Peter Ingersoll is a registered investment advisor and CCIM designee who will create a treasure map for you to safely navigate the treacherous, investment waters of commercial real estate. Peter has 30 years experience as a builder/developer, trust officer, investment banker and commercial real estate broker.

He is the Vice Chair of the California Self Storage Association and serves on the Board of Directors of the Northern California chapter of CCIM. He is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he wrestled at the NCAA Division I level.
